U.S. Armed Forces Day

Today we honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who serve with courage, sacrifice, and dedication. Armed Forces Day is a time to recognize those currently serving in every branch of the military — active duty, National Guard, and Reserve — for their commitment to protecting our nation and supporting communities around the world.

Service is more than a uniform. It is long days, missed moments with family, constant resilience, and a willingness to put others before self. Behind every mission are individuals carrying the responsibility of service with strength and honor.

We also recognize military families, veterans, and the communities that stand beside those who serve.

To all who have answered the call to serve — thank you. Your dedication, sacrifice, and leadership do not go unnoticed.
